OUR STORY
Team Sparta is the South Eastern suburbs newest Martial Arts Academy.
Team Sparta is a Martial arts academy not a "gym", here at the academy students of all ages will be taught discipline, passion, confidence, patience, mindfulness, respect and hard work.
When joining Team Sparta you are not just joining an academy with some of the best coaches in Australia you are joining a team and a family. Our team mentality will help you achieve your goals faster and in an environment that supports each other.
Our team culture is something we take great pride in offering students a safe and nurturing environment whether you are here as a pro fighter or an amateur fighter, here for self defence, or just a good time and to stay fit. Our team are here to guide and help you every step of the way.

From the moment you walk through our doors you are greeted at the reception by Rita who is Coach Vik's wife. Their 4 daughters who also train at the academy 6 days per week.
Rita is a qualified medical receptionist and formerly managed multiple medical practices
The atmosphere is filled with a family friendly feel and is very welcoming to anyone who walks through the door.
